Donatella Boutique Hotel and Donatella Restaurant—sister properties to the iconic Versace Mansion—are set to officially open this May at 1350 Collins Avenue, right in the heart of Miami Beach’s historic Art Deco District. The launch comes from the Nakash Group, the developers behind the acclaimed Setai Miami Beach and the restored Versace Mansion, now operating as Villa Casa Casuarina.
Given the strong reputation of the group's existing properties—bolstered in part by the international recognition of the Versace name—the arrival of Donatella is expected to generate considerable interest. The hotel will feature just six guest rooms, offering a level of privacy and exclusivity that stands out even in a city known for its high-end hospitality.
According to an official press release, each room boasts "natural stone, warm wood and gold accents, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere." Custom lighting details and locally inspired art pieces add to the overall luxurious vibe of the new destination.
